Sports for All
The Sports for all project is a community service project aimed at teaching under privileged children valuable life skills through Sports. We the leaders of the Sports for all group have always found Sports as a centre-piece in our lives, teaching us valuable life lessons such as perseverance, determination and commitment. With the intention of sparking a passion or love for sport in young underprivileged children the project was born. Now the project runs sports events with children between the ages of 8 to 11 in an attempt to encourage them and show that sports are a great way to learn.
The project aims are to work closely with the Children from the ACER project in Diadema as to continue inspiring and encouraging them whilst teaching them valuable lessons. We hope we can have a significant impact on these children’s lives while also emphasizing the worth of sport in one’s life.

We had a bake sale, and raffle event during 2019, to raise money and help spread awareness of our project.

In the beginning of 2020, before the pandemic struck, we visited ACER during one of their afternoons of activities. During this afternoon we were able to play with them and get to know them better.

Near the end of 2020, we hosted a Christmas Campaign to collect old sports materials and clothes that we later donated to ACER, when we visited them. We donated footballs and, throughout the pandemic, we managed to fundraise R$ 1,400.

In December of 2020, we went to visit the kids at ACER. We played futsal and dodgeball with them, and at the end, we gave each of them one football to play with during the holidays; we also donated the equipment we got from our Christmas Campaign.
Upcoming projects
We are now holding a sports donation drive in order to collect equipment such as clothes, balls, "chuteiras", tennis shoes, cones, skipping ropes etc. We are also accepting financial contributions to buy new sporting equipment so as to improve the equipment in different charity organisations.
